We facilitate communication and discovery only; we do not participate in treatment, scheduling, or patient management. No fiduciary, agent, employer, or representative relationship is created by your use of this platform.

2. Chiropractor Listing Responsibility

Chiropractors must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information. They agree to:

• Submit full and detailed content including but not limited to business name, address, contact info, qualifications, availability, photos, services, and multimedia.
• Take full responsibility for the information provided.
• Maintain and regularly update their information.
• Indemnify Chirorbit.com from any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from their content or services.

3. Content Rights

All content submitted becomes the intellectual property of Chirorbit.com. We reserve the right to:

• Edit, display, use, reuse, promote, or remove content at our discretion.

9. Complaints & Corrections

17. Limitation of Liability

Users and chiropractors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chirorbit.com, its owners, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from:

• Violation of these terms
• Submission of false or misleading information
• Infringement of third-party rights

19. Jurisdiction and Legal Claims

This agreement is governed under Indian law. Any legal action, claim, or dispute must first be addressed by contacting hello@chirorbit.com and providing a minimum of 30 business days to resolve the issue. If unresolved, any legal proceedings must be initiated exclusively in the courts located in India. Users explicitly agree not to initiate legal actions in any other jurisdiction. If any claim proceeds despite this agreement, users agree that the maximum liability of Chirorbit.com shall remain capped at $100 USD.

20. No Consent to Foreign Jurisdiction

By using this website, you expressly agree that Chirorbit.com does not consent to the jurisdiction, venue, or forum of any court or legal authority outside India. Any attempt to initiate legal proceedings against Chirorbit.com in any country other than India will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions and shall be null and void.

21. Digital Signature and Acceptance
